Octavio Ocaña a Mexican actor best known for his role in the television series "Neighbors," has died.
Octavio Ocaa, a 22-year-old Mexican actor, died on Saturday, according to the Attorney General of the State of Mexico. In the Televisa network's "Neighbors," the young man played Benito Rivers, a well-known character.

According to testimonies gathered by investigators
the two persons who traveled with the actor said that they had known him for years and had been drinking with him. CNN was unable to independently verify this.
"[The testimonies] also stated that municipal police officers would have stopped them yesterday afternoon, Friday, October 29, when traveling through the streets of the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, but the driver did not stop the march and accelerated to avoid being detained, resulting in a persecution," said the municipality's FGR.
According to the authorities' update, one of the companions stated that the driver was carrying a game weapon, which "he had taken from the glove compartment of the vehicle."
During the chase, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed on the side of the road, "where the driver was found with a firearm injury to the head," according to the prosecutor's office.
The two people who accompanied Ocaa were apprehended by municipal police, according to the statement. "There was no exchange of shots," according to the FGR of the State of Mexico.
The investigation into the death of Ocaa will continue, and investigators are looking into how he died.
